Complaint Procedure

Premier Performance CZ Ltd aims to provide high quality service which meet your needs. We believe we achieve this most of the time: if we are not getting it right please let us know.

In order to ensure our services, remain at a high and improving standard, we have a procedure through which you can let us know if for any reason you are not satisfied with your dealings with the organisation.
The complaints procedure is intended to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the complainant’s satisfaction.
Please send all information to sales@premierperformance.uk with the complete facts about the complaint. We require the following information to be able to consider a complaint: complete list of feeds and quantities, treats given with complete ingredients list, supplements given with a complete ingredients list, the management of the horse, time of giving the products, blood tests if needed to identify the full matter, veterinary report, Premier Performance CZ product used and the batch date of the product.
We will investigate the complaint and come back within 14 days.
