We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. This is the reason for the Premier Performance CZ Ltd Customer Service Guarantee.
POLICY
Premier Performance CZ Ltd can accept returns of products purchased directly (either online or over the phone) and in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s).
For all product returns, a copy of the invoice is required and should be enclosed to be considered for reimbursement.
Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS (Applicable to all returns)
To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery (either by phone or email).
Refund requests will only be considered if the item is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. If you change your mind after receiving your order we will happily take back your items (provided meet the above stipulations) and issue a refund, less a restocking fee of 10%
You should use a secure and traceable method of return postage. All orders remain the purchaser’s property until received and signed for by us

Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped to us within 7 days.
All returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or account credit. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 30 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs (in most cases) are non-refundable unless agreed at the time the refund was requested.
In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two days for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Please note: We are currently only able to ship to the UK (Including Channel Islands and Gibraltar) and Ireland. Unfortunately we do not ship to Australia or North America.
Changing or Cancelling your order
If your order has been placed but not yet shipped, in certain circumstances we may be able to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. Orders that have not shipped but require an administration amend or credit card charge back may be subject to a 5% surcharge to cover card processing transaction fees and our associated admin.
