By accessing this web site and or placing an order you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Nothing in these Terms shall in any way restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.
Loyalty Points
Points are gained for transactions on products purchased via the website. One point is automatically added for every ten pounds spent excluding carriage. Points will expire if unused within a twenty four month period.
Use of the website
The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will keep this information updated and implement any changes as necessary.
You agree fully to indemnify, our directors, employees, agents and suppliers, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising from the use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account or Personal Information.
General
We accept no liability for the accuracy of information contained on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical and pricing errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not your order has been confirmed and payment received. A credit will be issued for the amount received.
Recommendations for usage of product exclude claims to treat cure or alleviate medical conditions for equines for which veterinary advice would ordinarily be sought. In such situations, you are advised to contact a suitably qualified veterinary practitioner and seek advice or treatment.
All horses are individuals that have developed their own taste preferences. We cannot guarantee your horse or pony will eat a product and advise that the product is offered on several occasions should your horse or pony initially refuse one of our products.
Changing or Cancelling your order
If your order has been placed but not yet shipped, in certain circumstances we may be able to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number.

Communication and Marketing
By registering with Premier Performance and providing your email, postal address and telephone number you consent to receive communications from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you.
Credit card safety
Premier Performance and our secure payment service providers, use the latest technology to protect your credit card and personal information. Neither party releases information to any outside organization, other than in the verification of payment details with banking organisations. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you. Premier Performance intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible.
We endeavour to despatch orders placed the same day if ordered before 10:00am Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and festive periods. Orders are sent out on a next working day service, though in some areas this cannot currently be guaranteed.*
Parcel tracking details can be followed on email and text sent out when the order has been dispatched however if you do not receive your order please report it missing by contacting Premier Performance CZ Ltd on 01234 419410 or email enquiries@premierperformance.uk After 14 days we are unable to trace/track any parcel not reported missing.
If there is no evidence on our courier portal that alternative instructions have been left for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying re-delivery costs regardless of whether the order originally qualified for free delivery
Subscribe and Save Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions, the words “we”, “us”, “our” and similar expressions refer to Premier Performance CZ ltd, ‘’you, ‘’your’’, ‘’subscriber’’ or ‘’customer’’ or similar expressions refer to the Subscribe & Save account holder.
1.1. Product & delivery prices are liable to change at any time. We reserve the right to alter any repeat order benefits, discount amounts or free delivery offers at any time. This does not affect any orders where a despatch notification has been sent.
1.2. “Subscribe & Save” products will ship automatically each month. By placing your order, you are authorising Opayo owned by Elavon to charge your debit or credit card for future orders at monthly intervals.
1.3. Payment details are securely stored by Opayo and Premier Performance do not have access to these details
1.4. You can pause, amend, or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your customer account. This must be done by 11.59pm no less than 3 days before your next delivery is due to be despatched to avoid being charged for your upcoming delivery. After this point, the order will have been generated therefore cannot be cancelled and our standard cancellation shipping and returns policy will apply. To cancel your subscription, you need to log into your account and click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab. On this tab you will be able to view any of your active subscriptions. Click on the subscription that you would like to cancel and then click on the ‘Cancel’ button.
1.5. For other “Subscribe & Save” discounts and promotions please check www.premierperformance.uk website regularly or our social media pages. Any non-subscription discounts or offers are not eligible to be used in conjunction with products purchased via “Subscribe & Save” service.
1.6. Any service log-in details, promotional or discount codes provided with the “Subscribe & Save” service, are strictly for the sole use of the subscriber. Such details should be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties. For further details, please also refer to the ‘Use of the Website’ section of the terms and conditions.
1.7. By signing up to our Subscribe & Save service, you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until deactivated by you or us, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
1.8. We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions, if required, without prior notice to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
2.“Subscribe and Save” Delivery, Cancellations & Returns
2.1. Free delivery is available on all subscription orders over £100.
2.2. If any “Subscribe & Save” product is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfil the order as soon as possible. If the product does not become available within 7 days, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled, we will refund the cost of your order and we will attempt to send the next order on schedule.
2.3. If any “Subscribe & Save” products are discontinued, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that product and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new “Subscribe & Save” subscription order for that product.
2.4. If any problems arise with your delivery address, your account or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription or via telephone. In such cases, your “Subscribe & Save” subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional “Subscribe & Save” orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.
2.5. Any changes to your delivery address must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery, otherwise your order will be dispatched to your original shipping address.
2.6. Our obligation to deliver your parcel shall be fulfilled once our courier delivers the consignment to any safe spot specified by you, in person handover, or any location considered safe by our courier. You will be notified by our courier prior to any delivery, and if any delivery cannot be carried out due to lack of available delivery options detailed above, our courier may not attempt further delivery. Any additional delivery costs incurred will be borne by you.
2.7. All returns under “Subscribe & Save” are subject to our Returns & Delivery Policy
2.8. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
2.9. Our “Subscribe & Save” service is only available to UK customers.
3.1. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
3.2. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the following subscription period you need to cancel your subscription by 11.59pm no less than 2 days prior to your subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel at least 2 days prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on your account.
3.3. If you cancel your subscription for any reason and reinstate a subscription for the same product your subscription will be subject to our ‘fair use’ terms. We reserve the right to remove any initial sign-up discounts that apply to first time subscribers if they have been applied on multiple occasions where we deem the discount has been purposely abused.
